Policies
Cancellation & No Show Policy:
At Gifted Hands Salon, your appointment is very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please review our cancellation terms below:
48+ Hours Notice:
Cancellations made with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice will not incur any service charge.
24 to 48 Hours Notice:
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the service(s) booked.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice or No Call/No Show:
Cancellations made under 24 hours, or failure to attend your appointment without notice, will result in a 100% charge of the service(s) booked, plus a 20% gratuity fee.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Debit/Credit cards will be kept securely on file.

Late Clients
If a client is late it will cut into their appointment time. Depending on how much time is remaining for the service Gifted Hands has the right to change the appointment to fit to the remaining time they have left or cancel/decline the service. The client will be charged 100% of the original service that was booked.
*If there is a cancellation made for a *complementary service or a fix, client will forfeit their service.
Guests + Pets
For the safety and the comfort of our customers, children and guests are allowed by appointment only. If you bring a child or guest, we ask for only a short service as our salon is a small space where our clients come to relax, we thank you for understanding. Pets are not allowed in the salon, with the exception of trained service animals.
